
Bacon & Egg Cups
Ingredients:
- Back Bacon 200g
- 18-pack large eggs
- Albany everyday white bread
- 10-pack processed cheese sliced
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C
- Place bacon in the muffin tray, insuring all 6 cups are wrapped inside with bacon in an O shape.
- Place in the oven and allow to bake for 10 minutes
- Remove the muffin tray from the oven and crack 6 eggs, 1 in each cup, add cheese slices on top and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edge of each cup to loosen the edges and remove it from the tray.
- Enjoy with Albany bread toasted or just as is!
