Bacon & Egg Cups


  • Back Bacon 200g
  • 18-pack large eggs
  • Albany everyday white bread
  • 10-pack processed cheese sliced


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C
  2. Place bacon in the muffin tray, insuring all 6 cups are wrapped inside with bacon in an O shape.
  3. Place in the oven and allow to bake for 10 minutes
  4. Remove the muffin tray from the oven and crack 6 eggs, 1 in each cup, add cheese slices on top and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Run a knife around the edge of each cup to loosen the edges and remove it from the tray.
  7. Enjoy with Albany bread toasted or just as is!
