
BACON-WRAPPED SMOKIES
Ingredients
- 8 Brito’s smoked viennas
- 8 slices streaky bacon
- 1/4 St Louis garlic flakes
- 1/4 St Louis BBQ chilli
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place an oven-safe rack over the baking sheet.
Wrap the bacon around the hot sausages and secure with toothpicks on each end.
Sprinkle the bacon-wrapped sausages with garlic flakes and chili powder.
Place the bacon-wrapped sausages on the baking sheet fitted with the rack. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
P.S you can also grill over an open fire.
