• 8  Brito’s smoked viennas
  • 8 slices streaky bacon
  • 1/4 St Louis garlic flakes
  • 1/4 St Louis BBQ chilli


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Place an oven-safe rack over the baking sheet.

Wrap the bacon around the hot sausages and secure with toothpicks on each end.

Sprinkle the bacon-wrapped sausages with garlic flakes and chili powder.

Place the bacon-wrapped sausages on the baking sheet fitted with the rack. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
