Chicken Thighs With St. Louis Fruit Chutney Sauce


  • 6 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Onion (chopped) (optional)
  • 1 Cup (250ml) St. Louis Fruit Chutney
  • 1 Cup (250ml) St. Louis Reduced Oil Mayo
  • 1 Cup (250ml) Water
  • 2 Tbsp (30gram) St. Louis Medium Curry Seasoning
  • Spekko Rice for serving
  • Gourmet Green Mixed Country Style Mixed Vegetables for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
  2. In a bowl mix onion, water, St. Louis Fruit Chutney, St. Louis Reduced Oil Mayo, and St. Louis Medium Curry Seasoning together.
  3. Place chicken skin-side up in a lightly greased ovenproof dish and pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the chicken is golden.
  5. Serve with cooked Spekko Rice and cooked Gourmet Green Mixed Country Style Mixed Vegetables and enjoy!
