
Chicken Thighs With St. Louis Fruit Chutney Sauce
Ingredients:
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Onion (chopped) (optional)
- 1 Cup (250ml) St. Louis Fruit Chutney
- 1 Cup (250ml) St. Louis Reduced Oil Mayo
- 1 Cup (250ml) Water
- 2 Tbsp (30gram) St. Louis Medium Curry Seasoning
- Spekko Rice for serving
- Gourmet Green Mixed Country Style Mixed Vegetables for serving
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C
- In a bowl mix onion, water, St. Louis Fruit Chutney, St. Louis Reduced Oil Mayo, and St. Louis Medium Curry Seasoning together.
- Place chicken skin-side up in a lightly greased ovenproof dish and pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the chicken is golden.
- Serve with cooked Spekko Rice and cooked Gourmet Green Mixed Country Style Mixed Vegetables and enjoy!
