Pork Belly braai Strips with St. Louis BBQ spice


  • Brito’s pork belly strips
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 3 teaspoon St. Louis BBQ spice
  • 4 tablespoons of BBQ sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large, rimmed baking tray with high-heat-resistant parchment paper.
  2. Place the pork belly strips in the pan, in single layers.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, St. Louis BBQ spice, and BBQ sauce on both sides.
  4. Roast until browned and crispy, 30 minutes on the first side, and 20-30 more minutes on the second side.
  5. Enjoy with a side of your choice.
