
Pork Belly braai Strips with St. Louis BBQ spice
Ingredients
- Brito’s pork belly strips
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons
- 3 teaspoon St. Louis BBQ spice
- 4 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large, rimmed baking tray with high-heat-resistant parchment paper.
- Place the pork belly strips in the pan, in single layers.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, St. Louis BBQ spice, and BBQ sauce on both sides.
- Roast until browned and crispy, 30 minutes on the first side, and 20-30 more minutes on the second side.
- Enjoy with a side of your choice.
