Tangy Chicken’tizer Salad


For the Salad Dressing:

  • ½ cup St. Louis mayonnaise (Peri/Sriracha)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon St. Louis salt
  • ¼ teaspoon St. Louis black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon St. Louis mixed herbs
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

For the Salad:

  • Chicken’tizers strips (original/cheesy/hot & spicy)
  • 2 heads of baby gem lettuce, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Cook Chicken’tizer strips at 210°C for about 8 minutes (or until golden brown and crispy)
  2. Add all dressing ingredients to a jar, close tightly, and shake until well combined.
  3. Cut cooked chicken strips into bite-size pieces.
  4. Arrange all salad ingredients in a bowl and pour dressing over (or serve on the side for later).
  5. Serve and enjoy!
