
Tangy Chicken’tizer Salad
Ingredients:
For the Salad Dressing:
- ½ cup St. Louis mayonnaise (Peri/Sriracha)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon St. Louis salt
- ¼ teaspoon St. Louis black pepper
- ½ teaspoon St. Louis mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon sugar
For the Salad:
- Chicken’tizers strips (original/cheesy/hot & spicy)
- 2 heads of baby gem lettuce, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 medium-sized cucumber, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method:
- Cook Chicken’tizer strips at 210°C for about 8 minutes (or until golden brown and crispy)
- Add all dressing ingredients to a jar, close tightly, and shake until well combined.
- Cut cooked chicken strips into bite-size pieces.
- Arrange all salad ingredients in a bowl and pour dressing over (or serve on the side for later).
- Serve and enjoy!
