Butter Chicken Recipe


  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • 160g chopped onions
  • 2kg Brito’s chicken breasts, cubed
  • 100g So Good Yellow Curry Cook-in-Sauce
  • 250g butter
  • 60g tomato paste
  • 250ml water
  • 250ml cream

Cooking Steps: 

  1. Begin by covering the base of a pot with oil, then sauté the chopped onions in the oil until they become soft.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the pot and fry it until the meat starts to change colour.
  3. Sprinkle the So Good Yellow Curry Cook-in-Sauce evenly over the chicken, and continue cooking for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Melt the butter in the pot, then stir in the tomato paste.
  5. Gradually add the water and cream to the mixture. Simmer gently until the sauce begins to thicken.

Serve with rice and enjoy your delicious Butter Chicken!
